Disaster Recovery Options for Backup Software: Novosoft Presents Handy Backup 6.9

Alliance, Ohio, November 22, 2010 – Novosoft, an acclaimed international software development and IT-consulting company, today announced the release of Handy Backup 6.9, the backup software integrated with advanced data disaster recovery options.

Earlier this year Novosoft released Handy Backup Disaster Recovery, a standalone product sharing the concepts and architecture of the original Handy Backup. The program provides means of creating USB and Flash recovery drives to load operation system from. The software has the options both of making a disk image of the entire HDD and backing up and restoring any of the hard drive partitions. Now the two products are integrated into one. Among other things the speed of transferring data to a USB stick was announced to be notably improved for Handy Backup 6.9 as compared to the prior Disaster Recovery solution.

"It is the unification principle which resulted in embedding a variety of user dialogue oriented features into the product," added Mr. Prichalov.

Besides the new functionality Handy Backup 6.9 was announced to get an improved interface. Among other features it became multilingual (an appropriate language is chosen depending on what the language of a user operation system is, with an opportunity to manually shift to another language) and got the item Leave Feedback about Handy Backup in the Help menu.

The program has a 30 days trial period. Handy Backup Disaster Recovery can be registered with the same number as the Professional or higher edition of Handy Backup Windows version. It still can be bought as a standalone application priced at $ 29.
