Novosoft developed the system committed to automate major manual business processes in the company. The solution is oriented to assist company employees, company management, suppliers and customers.
First, the solution unites all the gas stations belonging to our customer into one network. That simplifies some internal business processes, i.e. accounting reports consolidation and communication among employees, and considerably decreases document flow in the company. As a result, the workload pressure on the employees decreased. Also, the system provides managers with operating and management reports, helping to manage and control the organizational processes more effectively.
Further, vehicle drivers as final users got an opportunity for self-service. From now on they can service themselves in gas stations by loading in fuel using debit cards only, in addition to the traditional payment mode via sales operator in the gas station. Importantly, payments for refueling could be made using cards of all major payment systems.
Finally, the solution allowed suppliers to have online access to all information about their shipments, current product stock across all stations, and payments. That contributes to the more effective communication among business partners, as well as improved product flow.
It is important to note that Novosoft solution was so effective that the company management decided to spread it into other cities. At the moment, it operates in 6 cities, and the company plans to expand it even further.
