Handy Backup Software with 64-bit Support
Handy Backup Workstation x64 allows Handy Backup to access, copy and restore data of 64-bit applications, including MS SQL servers.
64-bit backup - is a new function of the Handy Backup software, in addition to many other already-existing features for automation of backup. Initially, Handy Backup was designed for 32-bit platforms. But now, the support of 64-bit servers (including MS SQL server) is also provided by the utility.
Support of 64-bit servers is realized in three 64-bit plug-ins included in Workstation x64:
MS Exchange x64, that enables automated backup of 64-bit editions of MS Exchange 2010, 2007, and 2003;
MSSQL x64, to use Handy Backup as MS SQL Backup Software for MS SQL Server backup, editions 2008, 2005, 2000, both 64-bit and 32-bit versions;
File System x64, for easy backup of files and folders.
To enable the 64-bit MS SQL Server backup, you need to install Workstation x64 in addition to the Handy Backup application. If you want to back up 64-bit applications in a local system, then install Workstation x64 over Handy Backup on the same computer. If you want to back up 64-bit applications on a remote PC, then install Workstation x64 over Handy Backup on that computer.
